What does Natural Vitamin C do?

Acerola berries are harvested from small tropical trees, commonly known as Barbados Cherry trees with beautiful pink and white flowers. They are native to Southern and Central America and also Southern Mexico. The berries are usually harvested after three years and have a characteristically sour and bitter taste. On harvesting the berries are green, but once ripened they become a vibrant red. Acerola berries are high in natural vitamin C and the necessary co-factors that help with vitamin C absorption.

Amla, also known as Amalaki or Indian Gooseberry, is a small fruit-bearing tree that is indigenous to India. The small, gooseberry-like fruits have a very sour taste and are a part of the Indian diet because of their ability to nourish health.
